Our production process
As experienced Grower Champagne makers, we are involved in all production processes. We work together in the vineyard to prune and tie the vine manually to ensure its growth and durability.
We also handle the disbudding work, which consists of removing the buds that will not bear any fruit. Once this step is completed, we continue with the lifting and trellising step, which allows us to separate the intermingled shoots.
The last stages are trimming (cutting and removing the tops of the foliage to facilitate grape ripening) and harvesting (grape picking by hand).
Our winegrowers are thorough and methodical.
